Privacy Policy
ValuationOS is in private beta. This page explains what data we collect when you interact with this site, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the product and respond to you.
1. Who we are
ValuationOS is a software product currently operated by its founder while a legal entity is being formed. Until incorporation, the data controller is the founder personally. Once an entity is registered, this policy will be updated and the controller will become the company.
2. What we collect
When you submit the demo-request form on this site, we collect:
- Email address — the one you enter in the form.
- Submission timestamp — when the request was made.
- Approximate IP address and user-agent string — collected at the API layer for abuse prevention.
We do not use cookies or analytics on the marketing site. No tracking pixels, no third-party scripts, no fingerprinting.
3. How we use it
Submitted information is used solely to:
- Reply to your demo request directly (the founder replies, not a drip campaign).
- Track interest and improve the product roadmap, in aggregate.
- Detect and block automated abuse of the form.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. We do not run marketing automations against your address.
4. Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL, EU/US region depending on configuration). Email delivery is handled by Resend. Hosting is on Vercel. These three subprocessors hold the data only for as long as we direct them to; we may add or change subprocessors as the product evolves, and the current list will always appear here.
5. Your rights
Wherever you are located, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you. Under the EU GDPR you additionally have the right to data portability, to restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Under the Turkish KVKK (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) you have equivalent rights, including the right to be informed and to object to processing.

6. Retention
We retain demo-request records for as long as we are actively in contact with you, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Security
We use HTTPS across the entire site, a strict Content-Security-Policy, and access controls at the database layer. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications are on the roadmap for the post-pilot phase. We are honest that we are pre-certification today.
8. Children
This site is intended for finance professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We will update this page when something changes — when an entity is incorporated, when a new subprocessor is added, when scope shifts. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the change.
